That's why we are pleased to offer a 1-year warranty for your BAK Shaver. 

Your Shave Stick, Precision Shave Head, 
and Trimmer are also covered by a 30-day warranty. If you have any issues with these products within the first 30 days of purchase, we'll replace them at no cost to you. 

To initiate a warranty replacement, simply head to our dedicated Return/Warranty Portal and enter your order number as well as your Zip/Postal Code. If you do not have your order number, please reach out to our Customer Support team.

*Please keep in mind that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accidents.
