My battery won't hold a chargeUpdated 3 months ago

If your BAK Shaver is not maintaining a charge, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem.

First, make sure that the battery LED light turns green before unplugging the device. If the light is red, the battery is not fully charged, and the device may not function correctly. Allow the device to charge completely before using it.

If the issue persists, try resetting the unit by holding down the power button for 30 seconds. This will help clear any errors or malfunctions that may be preventing the device from charging correctly.

It's also a good idea to check the power source, such as the power adapter or USB cable, to ensure it's functioning correctly. If the power source isn't working correctly, it may not supply enough power to charge the device. Try using a different power source, such as a different power outlet or USB port.

Our shavers require only 5W to charge. Using a 5V/1A charging brick / adapter is best.

If none of these steps work, don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. We're always happy to help and can provide you with additional troubleshooting steps or product replacements.
