My BAK Shaver won't power offUpdated a year ago

If you're having trouble powering down your BAK Shaver, don't worry! We're here to help. Try these simple steps to resolve the issue:

1. Press the power button
First, press the Power Button to see if it clicks. If not, there might be soap residue stuck under the button.

2. Run the unit under hot water
If the Power Button isn't clicking,
run the unit under hot water for 30 seconds to loosen any dirt or debris that might be interfering with its operation.

3. Scrub around the edges of the button
Use the Cleaning Brush that comes with your BAK Shaver to scrub around the edges of the power button. This should remove any remaining dirt or debris that's causing the button to stick.

4. Try powering off the device
Once you've completed the steps above, try powering off the BAK Shaver again by pressing the power button. If the button clicks and the device powers off, you've successfully resolved the issue.

If none of these steps work, we recommend that you contact our customer support team.
