My BAK Shaver won't power offUpdated 2 months ago

If you're having trouble powering down your BAK Shaver, don't worry! We're here to help. Try these simple steps to resolve the issue!

1. Press the power button
First, press the Power Button to see if it clicks. If not, there might be soap residue stuck under the button.

2. Scrub around the edges of the Power Button
Use the Cleaning Brush that comes with your BAK Shaver! This should remove any remaining dirt or debris. 

Remember during cleaning to avoid direct contact with flowing water, 

and never submerge in water.

3. Try powering off the device
Once you've completed the steps above, try powering off the BAK Shaver again by pressing the power button.
