I received a delivery notice but my package isn't there!Updated 4 months ago


So you just got a notification that your new Bakscape 
has arrived - You run to go to check the front porch and... 
It’s not there! 


It’s okay, we'll get this sorted! Let's check a few things first:

  • Double-check the shipping address on your order to ensure it's correct 
  • Look around/in your mailbox and front door area to see 
    if the shipping company has left a pickup notice
  • Check your tracking link for any notes from the courier
  • Wait until end of day, as it may have been marked delivered too early.

    If you have opted into Route's Shipping Protection at checkout, you can file a claim at https://claims.route.com/


If you have not opted into shipment protection, please reach out to one of our customer service representatives to learn about alternate options.
